Love this local place. Friendly and fast!

They wouldn't let me have the hash browns in place of bacon or sausage on a combo of French toast, eggs and bacon or sausage for $9. Being a vegetarian I asked for Hash browns instead of the meat. They said they won't do that. I asked the waitress why not since Hash browns are cheaper than the meat and I would've still paid full price for combo. She says she doesn't know and doesn't ask questions... So I got French toast with Hash browns on the side, no eggs, which all came to $12! For no egg or meat... Not including the lemonade that was 75% ice and cost almost $2 with no refills offered. Food was passable.

We really like the Rosa Grill, however, we have only ever had breakfast there. It's very small town, country-cozy. Their breakfast meals are hot and hardy and very delicious. The service is top notch too. I recommend it.

Quick, friendly service. Fruit bar was delicious! Coffee and omelet were just okay, but the waffle really hit the spot. I'd go back again

Service was friendly and prompt even with a full house for breakfast. The chicken fried steak special was filling, plus the gravy was really delicious. Fair enough price for the amount and quality of food.

The food is great, and the service is friendly. Everything is decently priced. I loved the eggs benedict. I would only tell them to go easy on the hollandaise sauce next time.

Good food & friendly staff. Every seat in the house was full. They were overwhelmed by the beer fest rush.

The hash browns were all dark, all hard all brittle and crunchy like toothpicks. There was no moisture to keep them from getting cold. (I should have sent them back).

Slow service, microwaved food. Nothing made from scratch. Went looking for a local diner and found this place. Not what we were hoping for...

Wait service was bad! Order was brought to the table with the order not complete and the food was not cooked to order. Waitress was very pleasant and cordial. Wouldn't recommend though.

Excellent location for a hearty breakfast. Good food served up country style large portions friendly service. Just about everything you could ask in a country breakfast in a rural location. The coffee wasn't anything to brag about but hey this wasn't the city.

Honest American diner food with a western saddle & tack country vibe to it. Eggs, chicken fried steak, breakfast burritos, burgers, a few interesting sandwiches. But clearly, the thing that sets this place apart are it's waffles. Try the waffle bowl, or the 8 square. Friendly and capable service. Fairly priced.

There were many things wrong with this place which I could over look some of if they were busy however there were only two other tables in there and they were already eating. Half the things we tried ordering the waitress had to come back and let us know they were out of. The eggs were over cooked, the corndog was burnt beyond being edible as was my bacon, we were largely ignored so the staff could focus on talking to the regulars about their new dogs. A second waitress came over to refill my coffee seconds after I got it and then never again after that. She forgot about my wife and I's toast until we asked for them and then informed me mine was still frozen. Burnt or missing food and no service I have had better at Denny's

We had a great local asparagus omlette...wonderful! The hash browns were also cooked perfectly.

We enjoyed this place. We decided to get off the beaten path and very much enjoyed the atmosphere. The locals and their culture were refreshing. Food was good and we WILL be back.

Only had breakfast there once while passing through, and even though the service was a little slow (they need more staff) the food was good and at a decent price.

I had chicken fried steak with eggs and hash browns. The food had a unusual smell and the food tasted just like it smelled. It reminded me of a dirty grill or old grease. I was able to eat it wasn't unpalatable. The bathroom was not clean. There was three other couples in that were raving about the hamburgers. I live in the area I may try their hamburgers one day. Well i went back and not liking the food for sure. I was hoping the burgers would sway me for a local diner. Not happening.

The food was delicious. The service was good also. The price was just slightly higher but it may be a sign of the times. All in all I would return and I do recommend this place. Happy dining.

I've enjoyed the Roza every time I've been there (this is my third time). I love the atmosphere, and the food is always good. The service is efficient, and friendly. It has a small-town feel about it. Check it out!

Best breakfast food in the small town of Prosser. Their mushroom burger is excellent as well.
